Brick is an excellent choice for constructing a raised bed garden. It gives a very formal and finished look to the entire area. It lasts longer than all other choices, with little maintenance. The only set back is the amount of labor required to put it in. Mortar is necessary. It may be helpful to have a professional install it.
Your garden may have to serve a particular purpose. You might have to have a lawn for the children to play on, or a path between the garage and the house. You will have to make sure that your garden ideas and plans don’t get too ambitious, and that you can still use your garden practically.
